I hope you are doing well, about your question, In the previous Academic year I.e. 2019 around 1,33,166 students applied for TNEA. And a total of 104,418 candidates participated in the documents verification process. So u can expect a similar number this year too.

As long as you score good it won't be a problem as there are various reserved category also there are more than 700 seats in tamilnadu for B.Pharma so it won't be much of a problem.
