The JEE Mains examination for the academic year 2021 was scheduled to be held in 4 attempts in the month of January March April and May but the latter two sessions of April and May got shifted to July and August respectively because of the covid-19 pandemic.
Secondly, Asia there are more than over a million students around 15 lakh students appearing for the JMS examinations in total from there are a total of around 2.5 lakhs get the chance to sit for the JEE Advance paper. So, on a rough basis in each of these attempts around 900000 students appeared for the examination.
