subjects in each course vary as per the institution in which you take admission in. Although, certain core subjects remain the same.

CSE and ECE both carry their own pros and cons.

In ECE, it is an evergreen field as it has 3 major components that are in demand these days, i.e. Electronics, Communications and Coding. This is the reason why it is always in demand. Also, being one of the core branches it is always in demand and so that is also one of the advantages.

In CSE due to the sudden boom in the demand for coders and developers due to a surge in startups the branch has become a favorite choice for many people. CSE placements are also good with companies taking students at high packages and incentives.

So, both branches have their own perks and it is on you to decide what you see yourself doing 5 -6 years down the line. This way you'll be able to make a better choice for yourself. Hope this helps.
