Sorry to say you but you have not mentioned about which examination or which entrance you are talking about. But however as per the rule of Delhi University only one cancellation is allowed per cut off list. Which means if there is 3 total cutoff list of total 3 rounds you can cancel your college under Delhi University for 3 times.
