As per this year's rules,  you can change the college only once in a particular cutoff which means you have a total of 4 available opportunities to cancel your admission and get  admission in other college.

You can change it as many times as you wish.

Though, to book a seat in college you'd be required to pay the fees for the first year. You'd get the documents back as soon as you cancel your admission but the fees will be refunded in a month or two. Keep that in mind while changing colleges.
