There are about 30000 seats in India which are Govt. But only 15% seats are reserved through AIQ and 85% through State Quota. 3% for Physical Handicapped !

3%of 30000 (theoritically)

<900 seats are therefore available !

However, to correct you there will only be near 200 seats due to AIQ and State reservations

Hello Aktar, As per NEET 2018 seat reservation policy, of the total number of seats in government medical and dental colleges, 15% are reserved under the All India quota and the remaining 85% under State quota.

Of the 15% reserved under All India quota in government medical colleges, 15% is reserved for the Schedule Castes, 7.5% for the Schedule Tribes, 3% for the Physically Handicapped and 27% for the Non-Creamy Layer OBC candidates.

All the best
