How many types of category are there in JEE exam registration on basis of annual income.please tell me about it in detail

Hello dear

Once you get admission in nits through jee mains

There are generally 3 category

One below one lack income ( family annual ).

Second is 1 to 5 lakhs

And third is more than 5 lakhs annual income.

And on this basis you will get concession in tution fee

100%

2/3 of total for fist and second category respectively.

And who has family income of more than 5 lakhs have to pay whole tution fee.

And it is in nits college and not on jee mains other colleges .

There may have some other criteria depending upon the college.
