There is one common counselling by JoSAA for both JEE Main and JEE Advanced for NITS, IIITs and GFTIs. That is done in 7 rounds. If you are asking if any other counselling for JEE Main happens, then it depends. Sastra University, Thapar University, Nirma University, DAIICT, Jaypee Group of institutions offer through JEE Main scores. Then DTU offer 15% of seats through JEE Main scores, IIIT Hyderabad also takes through JEE Main scores. The counselling for these is conducted by the individual universities.
