You can appear in WBJEE as many number of time you want because there is no upper age limit in WBJEE.However you must not be more than 25 years old if you want to pursue marine engineering.
Also you should try to crack the exam is two maximum attempts because more than that would waste your year and WBJEE is not that tough and can easily be cracked with good smart preparation.

Unlike JEE, WBJEE has no attempt limits. A candidate can attempt WBJEE as many time as he/she wants.
