SNAP Percentile is a relative score and it varies every year depending upon the Level of difficulty of the exam, number of test takers etc.

This makes it hard to predict the score required to get 95%ile. Although, as per the usual trend, the approximate marks should be around 55+ to get 95+ %ile.
