Look there is no perfect measurment to calculate this, you can't tell about any college. In reality CTAE is little bit behind MBM Jodhpur. And the reasons can be less number of seats and branches in MBM. Development of city also matters amd Jodhpur is bigger city than udaipur. Good alumni base of MBM Jodhpur. 

Else i don't feel any difference in both the colleges except placements. As both the colleges have a some best in class facalities among all colleges of Rajasthan state.
