Well, determining the cutoffs is a difficult task as cutoffs change every year.

Cutoff depends upon

• Difficulty level
• No. Of seats
• No. Of candidates

Bu I can give you a expected data about it.
Here are the cutoffs for Neet exam.---------->

Category Cutoff percentile score
General 50th Percentile 701-134
OBC 40th Percentile 133-107
SC 40th Percentile 133-107
ST 40th Percentile 133-107


However the cutoffs for getting a government college are very different from this. As they are just qualifying cutoffs. If you are scoring more than this then you will qualify the exam.
For getting a government medical college you must score 600+ if you are from general category.
And 550+ if you belong to a reserved category.
