It actually depends upon your college.

if you are completing your degree from some government college then only little amount of money they will ask for the backlogs or they might not ask for any money in government colleges.

but if you are in any private college then they can ask you to pay around 1K-2K for the backlogs or even less/more, actually I told you already that it will depend upon  your college/university.
