Above 80% is good percentage in 12th and for nata anything above 130 will fetch you a good rank and good reputed college.

If you are really good in studies try in iit or school of planning and architecture in Delhi which good.if not any college as architecture is art of designs of ones own cretivity.

Minimum 75% for NIT's But most important is jee mains paper 2 for you if you wanna give exam for b.arch
