So with regard of you're query. The fees of the engineering will depends of you're choice of selection. If you choose govt colleges then there will be less fees compared to private colleges and as per my research the min fee for engineering that you required for completions of 4 year is averagely 8laks-10laks.if you choose govt colleges that are local in your state, then the fee for 4 years will be averagely 4laks-6laks.

Engineering is a 4 year undergraduate degree if you are doing btech  otherwise it is a two year postgraduate degree if you are doing Mtech.

See, the fees structure completely depends upon the college you want to opt for studies. Generally, the fees for engineering in a private college TIER 3 is approx 5 to 6 lakhs tuition fees.

Otherwise if you go for TIER 2 or TIER 1 colleges then surely the fees is high for private institutes such as THAPAR, VIT, MANIPAL.

Look for government colleges that will be a cheaper option. The fees in government colleges is approximately 2 to 3 lakhs but admissions are quite hard.

Look, it differs from institute to institute . Generally Govt colleges fees are less than private colleges . Private colleges Engineering fees can be between 5-10 lakhs .
