If you wish to leave a seat just because you can get an MBBS seat than you have to work hard for that .

After taking drop things change, maybe the cutoff goes high next year , or your rank may not be good enough.

Also you can get a seat next year . There is a risk though.

So choose wisely. In this case fees does not matter as it won't vary alot .
