The cut-off for CUCET 2020 will be issued along with or after the announcement of the result of CUCET by all the respective institutions of CUCET 2020, tentatively in the last week of June.
The cutoff is subjective to institutions and will be issued separately on the official websites of the participating universities.

As the cut-off CUCET score for seat availability distinctively depends on the institutions, and so it's difficult to give a tentative speculation of this year's CUCET cut-off score as I'm only aware of the course that you're willing to pursue and not the university that you aspire to go to.

I would suggest you to have patience and prepare well for the examination - keeping in mind the seat availability and cut-off CUCET score of the university of your choice.
