I know you are interested in management sear for mobs but I would suggest you to try for Government seat as the cutoff for HYD KAR region its quite low around 340 for OBC and 380 For UR. you should aim for government MBBS seats.

The fee for a government seat for a medical course is Rs 5.06 lakh per year, while 7.59 lakh for a private quota seat under management quota.
