Admission to any medical college is done on the basis of neet marks so first of all it is necessary for you to appear in neet exam,after that if you are opting for government medical college then there is no provision of donation,it will be done on the basis of neet marks only while for private medical colleges there is 15% management quota seats in which donation is allowed but goa medical college is a government college so there is no chance for donation.Fees structure of goa medical college is around 90000-95000 per annum.i hope this information helps you.
