Harsha, Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, under All India Quota, a score of 596 was shortlisted for AFMC. It was 596 was boys and 610 for girls. Now this is 2019 data ans cut offs are bound to happen. For being shortlisted for AFMC for 2020, you will need nothing less than 625 because mere scoring 625 doesn't get you to AFMC. There is a series of tests like TOELR, Psychoanalyitcal tesst and Personal Interview on which basis the final merit list is prepared. So you should aim for nothing less than 625.
