Majorly dppends on the stream you want to choose. Since this year, everything was online, the cutoff percentile was really high.

For science stream, it was 94.40%. For commerce stream, it was roughly around 92% and for arts it was 89%.

So to be on safer side you should try to aim for 97 and 98 percentage to ensure your seat.
