Mithibai College third merit list 2026 has been released.
Mithibai College PG entrance test was conducted on June 4, 2026.
Really amazing infrastructure, it's probably one of the best colleges infrastructure vise and is almost elite in classrooms. They benches are decent enough and the lobbies are clean and tidy. Surroundings are bit problematic because in rainy season there is water issues
The professors here are actually good at explaining the subjects and are really open to nee ideas and to debates to make us understand more clearly. Curriculum is highly focused on theories while the companies out there seek experience from an employee. This should be changed a bit.
For the placements you can say it's a double-edged sword since there are many events organized every year. You can build a really strong network and showcase your skills to land a high paying job. The other case is that we are talking about a massive tech city like Mumbai, so if you are just book smart you'll quite not get a job neither an internship anywhere.
Well for me tuition fees are really less because of scholarships. The cost in the campus is something reasonable like in cafeteria you might slend a little too much if you don't track your spendings properly.
Amazing campus life, the events & programs held here are literally amazing. Tech fest to Kshitji where you can show off your skills and take grand prices home. Campus is full of life, you will never feel socially dead in this college. Literally perfect.
If you are actually willing to do something with your life and make a change, any college is perfect but if you like to live life with fun momentd and extremely focused study sessions this is the place for you.
As a first year student at Mithibai College, i expected a lot more from the college before joining as I am well aware about the infrastructural quality of the SVKM colleges so it came as a surprise when I saw how underwhelmingly boring the reality was.
The teachers and quality of education is too notch. All my teachers are attentive and the student-teacher ratio is favourable as well which come as an advantage to the students as they are able to ask help from the teachers whenever required
So as a first year student i dont know much about the placements and stuff but i am aware about the statistics. For b,com the median package ranges between 5.50 to 6 lpa and the highest package is like 12 to 15 lpa.
It offers a strong value for money in my opinion. The ROI is driven by high profile corporate placements and a prime location in the heart of Vile Parle. The aided courses cost like 37k to 92k per annum, which is very accessible.
Campus life is not that good cuz the campus isnt big and stuff but if you prefer a compact college life then this place is good for you and the canteen is good so thats one perk i guess also im bored of this review
The college infrastructure is nice ,and building is in nice place, the surroundings are good there's places tk eat nearby and there are amenities close by like stationery the building is overall good.
The concept is clearly explained and faculty is nice There are various courses in the college There's no problem faced under academic circumstances Overall a nice college I would totally recommend
I have heard the placements are good too The faculty provides guidance whenever required even the management is nice and the college has a nice reputation which attracts some nice and well known companies
The fees is not that much yet the returns are good
Fun and happening
Overall a nice college
The college does have all necessary equipment, infrastructure and a good library with computer access and free wifi. The canteen is also cheap with large variety of foods but the hygiene is concerning.
I'm studying Biotechnology and the quality of teaching of my department is extremely good. I just wish we had a choice when choosing our open elective subjects and other subject faculties according to our way of learning
Although the placements for arts and commerce are amazing, negligible placements for science. The number of placements and salary offered for arts and commerce is amazing but nothing offered for science yet. Hopefully in the future.
My course is about 70-75k per year plus other charges like breakage charges, journal, co curricular, etc. But other science courses are cheaper as they are aided so I think it's worth the price.
The campus is just building and people and campus life totally depends from person to person. If you can find people with similar interests and focus on academics, you will enjoy college
College infrastructure is very good as it is used by directors for the shooting in the summers. It has lift, library, canteen,. Air conditioners in the classrooms and very located at very prime location.
Academics is overall very good therefore it is known for its academics in whole mumbai and considered one of the top college as well. All the classrooms have digital board only which help to understand the topic easily.
Placement are also very good as the campus placement depends upon the percentage of attendance and the cgpa you scored in each semester. Average package is 5-6 LPA. Famous companies like Microsoft, KPMG come for the recruitment.
College infrastructure is good as it is the combined building of nmims and mithibai. It is sometimes used for shooting as well and the it have canteen, library, water facilities as well. One of the best college in mumbai.
Academics is also good as most of the actors are passed out from this college and it is known for their academics taught by the faculty. I got admission here on the basis of high school percentage i.e. 91%.
Placements are also very good as mithibai hold some brand value in mumbai so many companies come in the college for the placement like Deloitte, KPMG, JP Morgan and many more. Average package was 7-8LPA.
The college is equipped with good infrastructure and are properly maintained. The infrastructure ranges from good desks, air conditioners, fans, laboratories, library, gym, WiFi, smart boards etc which are well maintained.
The college offers various other skill enhancement courses apart from one's major subject which is actually valuable for a student's overall development. It also provides us with knowledge of our indian system, the environment and also english enhancement courses.
The placements are taken seriously. They guide you throughout the process. There is a placement and training cell in the college which works towards providing good internships and also for securing a job for the students.
The cost of the course is minimum. In BA ( aided ), it costs only 26-30k. The quality of education at this amount is very good. The fee isn't much and the education imparted is worth every single penny.
The experience in this college is very good. The teachers are good, fests and fairs are conducted usually. Fun committees and festivals. Various opportunities for every student. The canteen is also very good and hygienic.
College is big and nice and well maintained. Toilets are hygienic, classrooms mostly clean, no equipments broken. All facilities and equipments work fine most of the time. Most classes have AC and a good environment. Cafeteria has good food and seating but the seating is not enough for the entire student population so it gets very crowded at lunch time. Same with ordering lunch, there's a huge queue and wait time and your lunch break gets over by the time you get your food...
Some teachers are very good some are average and once a while you get some with attitude problems. Curriculum is well updated usually. Studied BA English because I liked it, not pursuing a career in it, I'm an artist by profession.
I didn't seek placements myself but based on what I heard there are interview training sessions and other help available for career and placements. So the college helps students with that to some extent
It's a good college overall. Back in 2018 I think it cost approximately 20k per year for my course BA English. I'm not sure. It's definitely worth the money because of the good environment infrastructure etc.
You will have a good college life here. The crowd is usually very good and posh and even if they're not they are forced to conform to the standards of the college. You will have lots of exposure and opportunities to explore and learn new things.
I can only speak for the art section of the college and it's very good. But I'm sure all other sections are great too. Once a while the infrastructure goes under maintenance so that may cause some inconvenience but mostly the main classrooms are always well maintained at all times. All staff and students are mostly good and provide a safe and healthy learning environment and college social life.
It has decent infrastructure with facilities as well.Classrooms are well equipped with proper benches and well conditioned too.Only thing I'd say is that the lifts are a problem during early morning rush hours.
I'm studying Multimedia and Mass Communications. I would say that our curriculum is fairly decent . with the implementation of NEP our course subjects have undergone several changes which sometimes makes me question why am I learning this. But ultimately I think it's worth it cus we have a great faculty
I would say that this college does provide you with good placement opportunities. The opportunities are very course centric and help you develop in your career ahead . Overall i would say that it is totally worth it
The cost of my course is around 60-70 thousand per year. I honestly feel it felt like it was worth only after my 2nd year when i started learning my core subjects. We also get to utilise the equipments and have our own bmm lab
Mithibai has an amazing campus and setting. with fests, committees etc you'd always feel like there's new. Which provides u with lots of opportunities to grow and socialise with others. People are nice not that I've had any unpleasant experiences so far.
Just consists of a building, no campus as such. Even the cafeteria was under renovation and there was no alternative when I was studying here. Too many students for the space available. Only the lab was decent, but again, it gets crowded very easily.
Outdated syllabus, some teachers are fine but the majority of them are there because they really have any other option. Teaching pedagogy just involves PPTs and rarely the whiteboard is used, even in the courses where mathematics is key.
Zero opportunities for this course. No exposure. No training sessions. Even after joining the alumni network, which for some reason requires a fee, we didn't get any leads whatsoever. Forget jobs, there aren't any internship opportunities either.
Hello Dear Student,
With a CBSE score of 87.33% and a 60 percentile in MHCET, securing a BMS seat in the general category at Mithibai College will be difficult, as general cut-offs typically hover around 92% - 96%. However, admission is possible if you have a Gujarati minority quota or
