After the introduction of percentile system by National Testing Agency, it is difficult to predict relation between rank and marks.

While marks are related to an individual candidate, rank/percentile is dependent on the performance of other candidates also.

Nevertheless, marks around 150 would fetch you the 35k rank according to previous trends.

Hope you are doing well with your preparations!! As you know that JEE-Main examination is one of the toughest exams in India, so taking admissions through JEE-Main score is little bit tougher but not impossible. If you want to secure your rank under 35,000 than you need to work hard and you should score 150 or more marks out of 300.
