Keeping in mind cut off vary from year to year, you must target for a score of 620+ to get a seat under AIQ and for a score of 570+ to get a seat under SQ.

The previous year NEET cutoff are in between 550 to 570 marks among the different colleges in Mumbai (Maharashatra). So you have to score more than that.
