Dear student,

I will try you give you idea about your question by mentioning few last year trends of JEE Main rank vs Percentile. Please have a look at it.

Marks                       Percentile

91 - 100                     94.99 - 96

101 - 110                   96.20- 96.97

111 - 120                  97.14 - 97.68

Now as you can see if you score 120+ then you can be sure of 97+ percentile.
