Now, theGate Scoreis dependent on various parameters such as Gate marks,Number of Candidates appearing,Highest marks in the set and few others.There is a proper normalization formula to calculate the Score and Normalized Marks which you can check on Official Gate Site.

IIT-B: AIR 80(DIRECT ADMISSION)

IIT-D: AIR 60(DIRECT ADMISSION)[Gate Score>920]
[Gate Score>765] for Interviews.(30% priority on interviews 70% on Gate Score)

IIT-K:AIR 350(ONLY INTERVIEWS)

IIT-M:AIR 250(DIRECT ADMISSION)

The above ranks are for GEN category only.
The candidate should be patient enough to wait for the spot rounds.The institute may call wait-listed candidates on later multiple spot rounds.
