Dear Sir/Ma'm, for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test the cut-off is 50th percentile for General that is 118-691 marks, while it is 40th percentile for Scheduled Caste that is 96-118 marks, while it is 40th percentile for Scheduled Tribe that is 96-118 marks, while it is 40th percentile for Other Backward Caste that is 96-118 marks.

For getting a seat in government college, for MBBS your score should be no less than 450 and for BDS, it should be no less than 300-350. The cut-off for SC candidates is 40th percentile of the highest marks scored. So if the topper scores suppose 600, the cut off would be 40th percentile of that score.
Again, the scores and the cut-offs will vary depending upon the college and the state of domicile. I have only given you an overall view of cutoffs.
I hope your query has been answered.
