Hello student

For a general category student you need to score 87.9 or above percentile marks in JEE mains exam to get into NIT. To get 87.9 percentile you need to score 58-70 marks.

The students scoring more than or equivalent to JEE Main cutoff marks along with scoring a minimum of 75% of marks in their Class 12 board exams (65% for Reserved Category candidates) will be considered as qualified for getting admission in NIT through JEE Main, by participating in the centralized counselling procedure  conducted by JoSAA.
