Dear Student,
to get admission in IISc. through JEE Mains examination, the candidates belonging to general category will have to have a minimum marks of 60%, candidates belonging to OBC and EWS category will have to score a minimum marks of 54% and candidates belonging to SC/ST or are physically challenged will have to score a minimum marks of 30%.
For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.
And also candidates should be within the category wise top 20 percentile .
The scores secured in the following five subjects will be considered for calculating the aggregate marks and the cut off marks for fulfilling the top 20 percentile criterion:
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
A language (if the candidate has taken more than one language, then the language with the higher marks will be considered)
