It is quite difficult to indicate the score to secure a decent rank because the marks vs rank trend changes every year. To have good chances of securing a decent rank under PWD category you should aim to score minimum 60-80 marks or above in JEE Main. To score such marks you need to improve your accuracy and learn to manage the time. To improve accuracy you need to solve mock tests and previous year question papers.
