There is not a huge difference between general category and obc, the thing is that there are 4 to 7 seat are kept in every government college for obc so chances of getting Adm in that is high for obc category , if you get 465 to 510 in neet you will get government medical college definitely in Maharashtra ..expected cut off for GMC Nagpur will be between 450 to 500 this year

ST/ SC/ OBC  400 minimum marks for government colleges

For private colleges you have to score atleast 300 in neet , If you score more than 400 in neet then you can easily get private colleges in mumbai ,last year MGM And k.j Somaiya give Adm to those who got 400 above in neet ..

it is clearly depends on the cut off the medical colleges. as cut off will depend on the level of toughness of exam. so i can not give a clear or adject marks but i suggest you to score more than 520 in the neet as on this score you can get choice to choose a college.
