Deciding marks is pretty difficult as it changes every year depending upon the various factors like Students Appearing for the exam, Performance of the students, difficulty of the Entrance paper and in this case Boards paper too.

But in General if you consider previous year cutoffs then you need to get 85+ in your boards and 88+ in your Entrance to get a rank under 3000.
