Hello Danish, Jamia Millia islamia (JMI) takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains score but you have to separately fill JMI B.Tech form in which you have to give the JEE Main application no and other details.
If you belong to Muslim OBC category you have to get around 70 thousand rank just to get in JMI, but you have to wait for the special rounds with this rank, but around 60 thousand rank you will surely get JMI and if you want Computer Science in JMI then your rank should be below 40,000.
2018 closing rank rank for CS was  40,167 for Muslim OBC Candidate.
