Hey gaurav , Greetings!!

AIIMS never disclose marks obtained by any candidate, it gives result on percentile basis.  The minimum required percentage to qualify the exam if you belong to SC/ST category is 40% . 130+ will be considered as safest score for admissionin in AIIMS Delhi.

all the best!!

Hey Gaurav.

Your NEET scores will not be considered for admission in AIIMS Institutes. NEET is an entrance test for admission in all government colleges, private colleges and Deemed Universities in India except AIIMS Institutes and JIPMER Campuses. So, for admission in AIIMS you need to take a separate entrance test- AIIMS MBBS. And your marks and rank in this entrance will be considered for admission here.

Best of luck
