Hi Aravind, generally cutoff is the system ehich is considered for getting seats in the TNEA process and the cutoff of Maths, Physics, Chemistry in 12th standard. It varies every year based on the number of students who have scored high marks, and how many of them opt for that college etc. Generally for aerospace engineering the cutoff is around 197+ for general category student, for bc it is around 196+ for mbc it is 194+ then for sc it may go to upto 185+. If you have seats even when you have low score and if you become the last person picking up the seat of that category, then that score is considered as the cutoff for the particular year for that particular category.
