For admission in Delhi University,  the cutoff varies with your category and your course. Courses like Hindi Hons. And Sanskrit Hons have less cutoff whereas popular courses like Maths Hons. And B. Com have high cutoff.

If you belong to General category then you need atleast 90% marks for admission in Delhi University. For SC and ST category,  85% can get you a seat.

your question is incomplete . du provides lots of courses and each courses have its own percentage recquirement .the merit list is released for different courses. du also have some courses which conducts entrance  exams .but if your studying for du it would be better to try to get about 90% in your boards as du's cutoffs always remains very high .

however if your percentage is low you can look out for vocational courses or courses with low % recquirements
