Its great you have passion in becoming physician and orthopaedic surgeon, let me tell not just by own clinic you can't earn more money,in case if you fo that its depend on the area and your name how its well popular and all if you are recognised as very good doctor people will come in look for you so to make that name work in some well known hospital as well ,
