You should give a minimum of 40000 to freeze or float the seat of college. 

But JOSAA Counselling is free and you don't need to pay any extra money. 

Your money will be adjusted in your fees. 

So you only need to have a sum of money equal to your first semester fees of your college and hostel fees and mess fees.
