There are more than 250 private dental colleges all over India. While it depends a lot on college what cut-offs it has. These colleges also have management quota along with general ones so even if you score just qualifying marks, you still have a chance to get admitted but of course, with a lot more fees.

Most of the official websites of these dental institutions have mentioned only NEET qualification as the criteria of admission. Like Maharishi Markandeshwar College of Dental Sciences and Research, Mullana, Ambala’s admission notices for the year 2018-19 mentioned the following details-

Though as the last answer suggested, it will be better if you score above 250 marks in NEET UG because that will ensure you face less problems in admission. A better score will surely help you to get a seat in the first counselling itself.

It depends totally upon the college you are applying to. But, I would go with a 200+ score, it will get you into any private dental college.
