To get admission in aiims Delhi you need to have Atleast 90.20 percentile to be sure about getting a seat in Aiims Delhi as you told you belong to sc category. For SC/ST category you should have this much of percentile otherwise the chances to get aiims dehil are rare . I hope this was helpful

Ask about how much number you want to get admission in AIIMS Delhi and as mentioned that your category is SC so with this category the cutoff percentage for AIIMS for MBBS course is around 40% for st and sc category M and the percentile cutoff for the MBBS for AIIMS is around 90.2 ..
