One percent quota is provided as Defence quota. This includes reservation for widow and children of Defence personnel and widow and children of paramilitary personnel of Rajasthan. • 10% reservation is provided to the economically weaker section category
• 21% reservation is provided to the other backward classes non creamy layer category
• 5% reservation is provided to more backward classes non creamy layer
• 12% reservation is provided to Scheduled Tribes category
• 16% reservation is provided to the schedule caste category.

There is horizontal reservation also provided to the different categories:

• 25% reservation is provided to the female category.
• 5% reservation is provided to the person with disability category
