Difficulty level of the paper, previous year Cutoff trends, number of aspirants appearing, etc.
However, looking at the previous year Cutoff trends for JEE advance, you have to score around 190-220+ marks in the JEE advance paper to get a rank of within 7000 in JEE advance. Equivalently with a score of more than 95 percentile score you can get a 7K rank in JEE advance.
