The govt. Medical college have high cutoff, if we compare it from past years. Try to score 580+ marks in neet ug to get a mbbs seat in govt. medical college of kerala through all india quota counselling conducted by mcc.

Kerala is by far the most competitive state for medical seat.
A score of around 600 is fair bid. Try to score more.

NEET exams aren't on the bases of your percentage but rather percentile i.e. how many candidates have done better than you and how many candidates have you done better than.

Now coming to your question,

Last year, the opening score was 691 out of 720 which was rank 1 in the state and rank 6 under All India Quota.

The closing ranks for good government colleges was between 657 to 256 which corresponds to scores 580 to 610 marks out of 720 marks.

Judging on these trends, it is imperative you score above 600+, to secure a seat in a good government college. For private colleges, 500+ should suffice.
