Hello Rahul Varma ,
IIITs have already set a higher standard in JEE in previous years. I would talk about the main IIITs, that is :
Now you already know getting IIIT-H is not an easy task. The cutoff marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad is almost above 260 marks out of 360( if you want to land onto CSE) for ECE you need to score more than 230 marks. And it may vary year to year. So, to be at safer position target more than 99-99.5 percentile. ( According to one student's result, on 10th Jan Second shift 299 marks fetched 99.94 percentile) So to be safe, score around or between 99-99.5 percentile. This will land you to IIIT Hyderabad for sure.
Now coming to IIIT Bangalore, for IIT bangalore, be ready to score atleast 98 percentile and more for Computer science. And you can lean upto 97 percentile if you desire to go to ECE.
For IIIT Bhubneshwar, try scoring around or more than 95 percentile. according to the situations going on, I think IIIT Bhubneshwar's CSE would require 95 percentile. and you can get CE is, computer engineering, which almost a same branch as that of CSE with about 92.5-92.8 percentile.
Good Luck!
