The admission in KNIT, Sultanpur depends mainly on the merit list of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE).

I think an OBC rank less than 3k in UPSEE would be sufficient for getting admission in KNIT,Sultanpur with CSE branch.

The correlation  between marks and percentage is not predicatble easily as a lot of factors have to kept in mind. The difficulty of papers, the number of test takers etc. have to considered.
