Free is offered to the candidate based on their economic background. To secure a free seat you must fulfill the given criteria

1. Family's annual income must be less than Rs. 2.5 lakh .
2. Having wet land less than 10 acres or 25 acres dry land or 25 acres wet and dry.
3. No member should be Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.).
4. Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
5. No family member should pay income tax.
6. In municipal areas owning less than 1500 sft of built up area

In addition to this you must have sought admission under convener quota in Government, Aided, Private Colleges affiliated to State Universities / Boards.

If you fulfill the above eligibility criteria you will be eligible to full fee reimbursement through Government of Andhra Pradesh. To get seat in Andhra University you should aim to score minimum 110-120 marks or above in AP EAPCET if you belong to general category. If you belong to reserved category you should aim to score minimum 100-110 marks or above in AP EAPCET to have decent chances to get seat in Andhra University.
