To get CSE you must score 98 to 99 percentile . Then you can able to have the chances for NITs or any government colleges. As CSE is the most demanding one and also in other hand top most NITs and institutions always accepts 99 percentile. But in case of autonomous and private colleges there are no barriers like these.
