You cannot KCET until and Unless you fulfill some basic eligibility criteria like If you have studied for atleast 7 years in any of the government institution in the state of Karnataka, you can apply for KCET 2017. Along with it you have to follow other requirements defined by the Karnataka Examination Authority.

To get CSE(general category) your rank should be around 3500-4200(Special rounds)
