Aiims grants admission through its own entranve test named aiims ug entrance test and not through neet. For aiims delhi the cutoff for general catagory is air 50 and it hardly shifts in the 2nd round.

You don't get a seat in AIIMS through NEET. AIIMS organizes a separate entrance exam known as AIIMS UG Entrance Test. You need to qualify that and then a merit will be prepared according to your results.

You can get admission in any AIIMS only after qualifying AIIMS entrance exam. To secure a seat in AIIMS, Delhi, you need AIR under around 35-40 in general category.

You have to write a seperate entrance exam in order to get admission into AIIMs..

If you intend to seek admission into AIIMS Delhi or any of it's sister institutions, you need to appear for a separate entrance examination (AIIMS-UG ENTRANCE) which is generally conducted in the last week of May or first week of june every year.
Since AIIMS Delhi, happens to be the oldest and the most sought after institution, a rank below 80 ( for OPEN CATEGORY candidates) should fetch you a seat.

AIIMS is an autonomous collegs along with JIPMER which have their own exams. NEET doenot nclude these two colleges. if you write AIIMS u shoukd usually score  a really good rank such as about below 100 if you belong to general category.
