Hi
hope you doing well
To secure a seat in top NITs and qualify for JEE Advanced as an OBC candidate you have to aim for a percentile of around 85-90 or higher. This is generally sufficient for OBC candidates to qualify for JEE Advanced.
While it varies each year, scoring around 220-250 marks in JEE Main can help you achieve this percentile, depending on the exam's difficulty level.
For the top NITs (like NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Warangal), aim for a score of above 250 marks . For very competitive branches (like Computer Science), higher scores may be necessary.
